A few things you must check
1. That if the mysql database is on an external webhost to
where your affiliatbackup is installed.. you have to go into
cpanel of that domain and into mysql and half way down there
is something called access hosts you need to add your domain
to it.. i.e domain.com
2. You must make sure you have a database to restore
into..meaning the mysql file is the contents.. it has to
